Creditor Relations

As a well-rated borrower, Haniel has various options to raise funds. Loans and credit lines are the long-term anchor of our financing and form the basis of our business relations with international banking partners. In addition, we raise long-term funds through bonds and private placements. Short-term liquidity requirements are also regularly covered by commercial papers.

DI program

Under the Debt Issuance Program, the Compartment Haniel Enkelfähig, which is guaranteed by Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, can issue various securitized financing products: commercial papers, private placements and bonds. The plan is to update this documentation annually and thus always provide investors with an up-to-date basis. Using this compartment helps us both to reduce update efforts and to respond more quickly to legal, regulatory or market-driven requirements.
