Prior to joining Haniel, Anabel Fall served as Chief People Officer at the Zühlke Group, an international innovation and transformation consulting firm. She previously held senior leadership roles at Zurich Insurance Company and the Dubai-based, family-owned Group Majid Al Futtaim, focusing primarily on talent management and transformation. Her career began in 2000 as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, ultimately becoming Chief of Staff for the Middle East Office.
Anabel Fall holds a Master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she also spent five years as a staff member at the Institute of Management.
“Anabel Fall is a leader whose international experience and deep understanding of holding structures will be instrumental in shaping our transformation,” says Haniel CEO Joachim Drees. “Her profile makes her ideally suited to take responsibility for Haniel’s group-wide talent and performance management and to design our future People Operating Model.”
With this appointment, Anabel Fall will make a direct contribution to implementing Haniel’s new corporate strategy, which aims to make the organization more resilient for the future. At its core are the continued development of a focused corporate portfolio and the parallel build-up of a diversified multi-asset portfolio.
