Clearing the way for good deeds

Volunteers make an important social contribution and also develop their personal skills. Haniel therefore encourages its employees to perform good deeds – and supports them. Those involved outside their jobs in a Haniel project in the promotion of education and site responsibility domains can be released from work for up to three days a year for this. And the employees also have the opportunity to be released from work for one day a year if they actively support another initiative or even launch their own project. The same applies to departments that unanimously devote themselves to a good cause on a campaign day. Haniel also makes financial contributions to employee commitment.
