Traditional Bavarian Company
Zahn-Hitex is based in the Bavarian town of Mühldorf and has built up an excellent reputation on the market. The family company was founded in 1948, and was initially known for dying, printing and chemically cleaning textiles. In the 1980s, the business developed to include Cleanroom operations, a field in which Zahn-Hitex quickly became a leading German player. Companies in the chemistry and pharmaceutical industries place great importance on meticulously processed Cleanroom garments.

Customer demands for garments to be as free from particles as possible are fulfilled by three Cleanrooms, classified according to ISO 4 and ISO 5. The processes used in the laundry are fully documented, and the processed garments are then repacked according to their specific use.

CWS-boco has acquired all of the shares of the sisters Ruth Zahn-Behringer and Christl Brüssel-Zahn, who were keen for the succession of their company to have been completed before they retire. Christl Brüssel-Zahn will continue to support the company as a consultant for the next two years.
