CWS-boco Group appoints new Chief Financial Officer

As of 1st March 2015 Dr Ulrich David will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer for the CWS-boco Group at its headquarters in Duisburg (Germany).

Duisburg, 27 February 2015. As a member of the management board of CWS-boco Deutschland, Dr David has, to date, been responsible for the Finance Department. He will be taking on the position left by Philipp Neuhaus, who is leaving the company to pursue new projects.

Dr Ulrich David will be taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer for the CWS-boco Group as of 1st March. Having entered the field of business administration at Franz Haniel & Cie. in 2003, he then went on to work as Head of Group Controlling for the CWS-boco Group from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, he was named Chief Financial Officer for the management board of CWS-boco Deutschland.

Max Teicher, CEO of the CWS-boco Group, had the following to say on this new appointment: "Dr David has had many years of extensive experience working in the CWS-boco Group. The fact that we have been able to appoint an internal member of staff to fill this vacancy has ensured a smooth transition and also underlines our commitment to support internal management staff.

"Philipp Neuhaus will leave the company on 28th February 2015. He has been with CWS-boco since the beginning of 2010, initially as Chief Financial Officer for CWS-boco Deutschland before moving on to become CFO for the Board of Management of the international Group.
