Standard & Poor's today revised the outlook of the long-term corporate rating for Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH from "stable" to "positive". The rating was affirmed at BB+. The improved outlook reflects Haniel's very substantial financial flexibility and improved financial risk profile following the sale of our stake in Celesio AG.
