The company, which is headquartered in Fernwald, Hesse, and has branches and sales subsidiaries in more than 50 countries, is expected to generate revenue of approximately EUR 100 million in 2017. Management to leverage growth prospects
Managing director Thomas Becker and the management team will continue to lead the company while working with Haniel to drive forward its rapid, structured growth. ROVEMA will be included in Haniel's consolidated financial statements beginning from December 2017. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price and other contractual specifics confidential.
