Maximilian Teichner is CEO of CWS-boco as of the end of April 2010. The Industrial Engineering graduate’s responsibilities include Sales, Marketing/New Products and Human Resources. Teichner joined the Haniel Group in 2000 and has served in a number of functions. His previous position was head of Corporate Development/M&A in the Holding Company.
Peter Taylor (born 1967)
has been the member of the CWS-boco management responsible for purchasing, operations and logistics since 14 June 2010. The New Zealander has been with the company since 2004 and has held various managerial roles, including management of business operations in China. Prior to this, Taylor was employed by the Unilever Group for several years, most recently as a Management Consultant for supply chain management.
Philipp Neuhaus (born 1966)
has been the member of the CWS-boco management responsible for Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Riskmanagement at CWS-boco International since August 2010. The 44-year-old joined the Haniel Group eight years ago and occupied managerial positions at the Xella Division until October 2009. In March 2009 Philipp Neuhaus took on the position as CFO of CWS-boco Germany - he will also continue in this role after this date. Neuhaus is married and has three children.
