Giving incentives
In accordance with the founding company’s self-image, the Haniel Foundation pursues the aim of promoting achievement and the courage to make entrepreneurial decisions in a socially responsible manner. In concrete terms this means:
- strengthening entrepreneurs' commitment to public welfare,
- positively shaping the entrepreneurial image in society,
- supporting the training and further education of young leaders on a national and international scale.
Building bridges
New ideas and solutions to meet the challenges of the future are discovered primarily through exchange. The Haniel Foundation is convinced of this. With its scholarships, collaborations and events, it therefore wishes to promote connections across borders – between cultures, between business and society and between experts and young leaders around the world.
