Political answers at the Haniel Circle

“Who will do the work tomorrow?” asked the Haniel Foundation at the third Haniel Circle. Ursula von der Leyen gave some answers. The Federal Minister of Labour and Social Affairs made clear that businesses, politicians and society needed actively to help shape the demographic change in order not to become driven by it.
