Staff give insights

What accounts for the allure of Haniel? Discover for yourself the variety of answers our staff give to this question. In the video they tell you how they have found their way to Haniel. They report on challenges which they encounter in their work, on the senses of achievement which spur them on and on the prospects which the group offers them.

Goal in sight

Dr Felix Zimmermann has been working for the Group for over ten years – and in June 2009 the 43-year old took over as CEO of TAKKT. Seminars and management programmes at the Haniel Academy have prepared him thoroughly for his current position.

Accelerating

Bastian Hageresch started his career with a traineeship at CWS-boco. Following three years in Controlling, he now works as a project manager in the company organisation, a job that requires him to do a lot of travelling. The 31-year old spends his private life in the fast lane too – by going go-karting with friends.

No day the same

Ulrik Johannsen (30) has worked in the Haniel Group for five years – at ELG. The Dane loves the variety which his job as Internal Auditor offers him. Working and living in Duisburg: it was the right decision for him and his family.

With back-up for a degree

Jennifer Liebert (24) was trained as an advertising manager in the Haniel Holding Company. She now works in a junior position in Corporate Communications where she is responsible for publications. And she is studying Business Administration. Haniel supports so much ambition.

Loyal due to conviction

Moritz Schneidmüller graduated JOIN!, the Haniel International Trainee Programme, in October 2009. The 26-year-old had previously participated in the Student Development Programme. Why did he opt for a career with Haniel? At least four good reasons for this occur to him.
