We have established in the employee appraisal the requirements to recognise that you are someone of high potential in the Group. Once a year, your line manager assesses your performance. Together, you discuss perspectives, agree on targets and measures for developing. The outcome of the appraisal also helps to decide which candidates to put forward for the programmes of the Haniel Leadership Curriculum.
