By working together with six universities, the Haniel Foundation provides a wide range of practical courses. It facilitates lectures, seminars and panel discussions with notable experts from the worlds of theory and practice. It focuses on the topics that will clearly show the managers of tomorrow the complexity of the relationships between business, politics and the public sector.
First endowed chair in Germany
With the range of courses it sponsors, the Haniel Foundation contributes to making its partner universities more attractive for young people. The central development project is its collaboration with the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy in Erfurt. There, the Haniel Foundation is setting up a chair – the Franz Haniel Chair of Public Policy.
